How can I contact customer service?

There are several ways to contact us. First, you can contact our customer service using the contact form that you find at the bottom of the site or by email at contact@habahaparis.com, a team available from Monday to Friday will answer all your questions as soon as possible.

What is the privacy policy ?

You can browse the habahaparis.com website without submitting any personal information. However, when you open an account on our site, we collect the data necessary for the invoice as well as the delivery of your order. The privacy policy is available on the site.

How can I access my customer account?

To access your account, in the fields provided for this purpose, simply enter the information you provided when creating your account (your email address and your password).

How do I log in if I have lost my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on forgotten password when you login. You will be asked to enter your email address and you will receive a link that will allow you to change your password.

How do I edit my account?

To make changes to your account, simply click on the "Account" icon in the upper right hand corner of your screen, then edit your account information.

ORDERS

Can I cancel my order? 

To cancel an order, please send us an email within the hour following your order to sav@habahaparis.com with your order number, name and surname.

Where can I look for my order history?

In your personal space, you will find all the orders registered and validated.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

What is the delivery zone of the habahaparis.com website?

The site delivers in Europe. For delivery outside France and the European Union: Delivery is on a Delivery Duty Paid basis. Import taxes are calculated and included in the purchase price. 

My order has not been delivered yet, what should I do? 

We invite you to go to your personal space in order to follow the status of the package. If you are waiting for your package for more than 7 days, please contact us by email at service@habahaparis.com

What are the shipping times and costs?

All orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day, except weekends, holidays or exceptional information from us. You will receive an email to confirm the processing of the order and its shipment. 

CONFIDENTIALITY

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CREDITS

How long do I have to return my order and what are the conditions?

You can return any product ordered on the site within 14 days of the delivery date. For any return request, you must first contact the customer service at service@habahaparis.com

The product must not have been worn, modified, used, washed or damaged. It must be returned with the Habaha Paris label intact and in its original packaging.

Any return that does not comply or is not suitable for resale will not be returned or credited and will be reshipped to you.

What is the guarantee policy of the SAV?

Our jewels are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defect or fault. On the other hand, a breakage or deterioration due to a bad handling will not be covered by the guarantee and will entail variable expenses according to the work to be done.
