In accordance with articles L.221-18, L.221-19, L.221-24 and L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days after delivery of the order to exercise his right of return. The product is returned to the seller, whose shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and provided that the jewelry has not been worn, modified, worn, washed or damaged and returned with the Habaha Paris label not detached in its original packaging.

Any return that does not comply or is not suitable for resale will not be returned or credited and will be reshipped to you.

Refunds can only be made on the credit card used for payment, whether the jewelry is defective or not. 

Returned products can neither be replaced nor exchanged, the only possibility is to place a new order online.

For any cancellation of an order, we invite you to send us an email within the hour following the order to sav@habahaparis.com specifying the necessary details (order number, name and surname).
